How to Take Care of our Ears
- Keep your ears clean by washing them when you wash your face or hair.
- The ear canal makes earwax to protect your ear and it doesn’t need to be cleaned out. But if you want to, you can clean the opening of your ear gently with a washcloth.
- Avoid inserting any object into your ear canal.
- Cover your ears from loud noise. Loud noise can damage your hearing. Any noise that makes your ears ring or feel dull is too loud.
